Your new company
On behalf of our Client, leading global advisor in the area of risk and people, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in IT Senior Systems Administrator position with Voice Communications Infrastructure specialization for new investment located in Krakow - Technology Restoration and Availability Control Centers (TRACC).

Your new role
On this position you will work in a technology restoration and availability command center. Your main responsibilities will be implementing and maintaining corporate voice communications services majorly Cisco IP Telephony, components and associated infrastructure with a focus on maximum availability and performance to customers. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining technical documentation, providing escalated (3rd level) technical support, conducting acceptance tests, analyzing voice traffic data and providing recommendations on performance improvements to voice/network infrastructures.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate you need to have experience and professional skills in the configuration and maintenance of Cisco voice communications infrastructure, knowledge of industry standards and government regulations relevant to voice networking as well as Cisco IPT Hardware/Software, Call Billing Hardware/Software and Cisco Contact Center skills. This position requires excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving and communication skills.
