As an IT Service Desk Analyst you will provide a clear point of contact for queries and faults relating to systems or applications offered by the IT Department towards internal users.
You will be responsible for an initial assessment of all IT requests and faults received and make an attempt to resolve them during initial contact. In instances where this is not possible you will manage the handling of the request or fault through to closure ensuring the best possible outcome for our employees.
You will also gain an opportunity to take part in various development projects to global IT infrastructure or systems.
- Excellent communication skills and good level of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to analyze information and sketch conclusions
- Good knowledge of Windows 7/8
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Microsoft Lync, Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, Microsoft Dynamics (ERP)
- Basic knowledge of network related aspects (LAN/WAN, printers, SIP\IP telephony)
- Basic knowledge about cloud-based solutions e.g. Office365
- Structured approach to your tasks and ability to manage several at the same time
- ITIL ® and experience in customer service would be an advantage
