IT Service Desk Engineer

Project description
We are looking for IT Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Wrocław!
You will be responsible for
- Install working places for newcomers. Prepare and install standard IT environment (desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment)
- Configure and commutate network and telecommunication links
- Install, assemble and configure peripherals, network switches/routers, hardware servers
- Pull cables and rewires or direct the rewiring of cables as required for new installations and office reconfiguration
- Respond to support requests, diagnosing equipment and configuration issues with a variety of applications on desktops and laptops
- Troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems
- Ownership, monitor, and track assigned requests in ticket- tracking system
Requirements
- Solid background in systems administration, consulting, and excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge in administration and configuration of Windows, *nix, MacOS based systems
- Knowledge in administration and configuration of AD, DNS, DHCP
- Knowledge in administration and configuration of network workstations, servers, and other networking equipment Ambition to learn new systems, procedures, techniques in a short period of time
- Willingness and ability to plan and perform tasks before the deadline
- At least intermediate level of writing, reading and speaking English
