IT Service Desk Specialist with Danish or Swedish
Location: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the single point of contact in supporting clients
- Providing solutions to IT, troubleshooting IT issues and problems
- Ordering maintenance and repair service from various suppliers
- Carrying out day-to-day customer service activities with direct business impact
- Providing high standards of customer's support
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of Danish or Swedish – is a must
- Very good knowledge of English – is a must
- Experience within the IT field would be an advantage
- Reliable and proactive working attitude
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
