For main IT Department, based in South Warsaw, we are currently looking for:
IT Service Manager for NCS - Solution Operations

Responsibilities:
- Setup a service and maintenance for NCS solution
- Act as Technical Owner for the solutions in scope
- Ensure issue-free operation on the basis of service management according to ITIL by takeover accountability of all service components and service dependencies
- Full responsibility for service budget, scope and quality
- Plans and monitors the service budget and resources
- Escalate in case of deviations
- Manage the service design and maintain the related service catalogue items (incl. service description)
- Implementation of the service improvement plan (SIP), capacity plans, availability plan, IT service continuity plans
- Implementation of IT Service Management processes for the responsible Services
- Assurance of IT-based service quality accord to SLA/OLA
- Derive improvement measures and track their implementation development and provision of figures in terms of costs of the services and the degree of fulfillment of SLA
- Coordination of service processes in close cooperation with other IT process owners (incl.
- Incident, Change, Release and Configuration Management)
- Responsible for the handling of changes including service assets, configuration items andassociated documentation
- Responsible security management for the service components
Requirements:
- Study to university degree level of natural sciences, computer science, business, or an equivalent education
- Proven experience in the area of ITSM and in-depth knowledge of the processes of service management (ITIL)
- Hands on experience in setup and administration of JIRA, Confluence,
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Willingness to sometimes travel
- Strong leadership skills, intercultural competence, global mindset, strong communication skills, solution orientation, willingness to learn and flexibility.
