On behalf of our Client, a global international company located in Kraków, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of IT Service Support.

Working in this position your main duty will cover providing fast, accurate 1st line technical support for the Client’s. Provides pro-active customer support. Contacts specific profiles of customer to either provide information, or update applications.  

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of working with clients in a support discipline, excellent technical knowledge and demonstrable skills in networking technologies as well as operating systems (Unix, Linux and Windows). The perfect candidate would have strong problem solving, customer service as well as communication skills. Fluent English is a must.
