IT Specialist - Cloud Services Engineer

Job description:
- Proactive planning of Cloud services maintenance activities
- Script and automate maintenance and provisioning tasks
- Script and automate monitoring for Cloud services availability and performance
- Defining instructions and tools for 1st line support related to Cloud services issues and incidents
- Maintain Microsoft Office 365 services
- Resolving incident related to Microsoft Office 365 services
Requirements:
- Demonstrate experience in windows environment scripting using PowerShell, V B Script
- Demonstrate experience in linux/unix environment scripting using bath
- Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft AD would be an advantage
- A minimum of two years verified experienced
- Excellent Communication skills (spoken/written English) are a must, as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Must be available for travelling
