IT Specialist -Global Communication and Cyber Security

Requirements:

• Information Technology degree or equivalent proven work experience
• Very good English
• 3+ years of network experience and in-depth knowledge of Cisco network architectures including routing, switching, and wireless
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco ASA firewalls
• 2+ years of experience with Cisco VoIP and video solutions
• Knowledge/Understanding of Riverbed Acceleration (additionally)
• Microsoft Active Directory experience (additionally)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and coordinate ongoing support of the core Cisco network technologies covering local and metro area networks, as well as Cisco wireless
• Work with network vendors to troubleshoot wide area network events and changes
• Review and assist with optimizing and enhancing current network setup, including the installation and support of Riverbed accelerators
• Support web filtering solutions
• Develop, maintain, and support Cisco ASA firewall environments supporting ACL rules, DMZs, and VPN solutions
• Assist in maintaining the company’s Cisco VoIP and video solution
• Document network/security processes and procedures
• Perform and manage network group related tasks including monitoring and logging as well as physical and virtual security
