We are creating an SAP & IT competency center (GSO) providing IT services to Deutsche Telekom in Europe - a place full of ambitious people, creative ideas and positive energy.
- IT On-boarding for new hires and system configuration
- Assistance and governance for new software updates and security releases
- IT daily Support for GSO organization which is providing IT services for Deutsche Telekom Group
- Creation of advanced excel files for different reports formats (budget planning, forecasting, requirements management,)
- Improving and automating daily tasks by providing new solutions/sites based on Share Point 2010/2013 technology
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years experience in IT support
- Good understanding of IT Architecture
- Good knowledge of MS Windows, Office (advanced level for MS Excel including VBA for application)
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Share Point 2010 or 2013 will be an advantage
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills and service oriented to help others
- Communicative written and spoken English,
- Communicative spoken German.
