Currently for our client, a big international company located in Cracow, we are looking for a Spanish speaking individual who will work as a 1st line of support for other employees.
Who are we looking for?
This person needs to speak Spanish and English on at least C1 level, because he or she will provide support and guidance of other users of internal client applications. Basically you will mostly be in touch with internal clients. That is why you must know Windows environment quite well and have great communication skills. To be successful in this recruitment process show us that you are inquisitive and have investigative attitude.
Individuals who have previous experience working in IT Helpdesk or in customer service area will have additional advantage.
