For our Client, growing international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of IT Support Engineer (Windows Infrastructure Services).
Successful Candidate will be responsible for Windows related environments, including second-line support regarding the Windows Infrastructure and being central point of knowledge for all IT support units within the organization. The person will be also responsible for monitoring and assessing Windows processes, including assessment and reduction of risks, identifying automation opportunities/solutions, ensuring that problems and incidents are resolved, managing configurations and changes.
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English language skills and strong technical experience in at least two of the following areas: Windows, Citrix, Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Storage, Backup, VMware, Lync, Client & Server management, VEEAM, SCOM, Patching, Printing, Software, etc. Candidates should have IT-related degree, strong problem solving and communication skills as well as open for business trips.
