We are looking for technically-oriented, motivated professional who wants to join our cross-functional team as an IT Support Engineer
Essentials:
- Very good French language skills (at least B2) and English (at least B1)
- Good general IT knowledge and previous experience in IT support
- Ability to clearly describe complex issues
- Excellent customer service skills
- High accuracy and attention to details
Nice to have:
- Knowledge or previous experience with virtualization technologies (Citrix Virtual Desktops)
- Experience in software distribution tools like Landesk or SCCM
- Experience in software/system testing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure seamless work of virtualized environment for one of our French Clients. Depends on incoming requests and/or your individual expertise you will be responsible for new software testing, its deployment or tasks related to administration of virtual desktops. That`s mostly back-office role, however it may require also contact both with technical staff and end-users.
