IT Support Engineer

Requirements:
- At least one year of professional experience as Network Administrator, IT Helpdesk/Call Centre or similar
- Degree (B.Sc. is a minimum) or last semester in a Computer Science / Information Technology related discipline
- Good knowledge about network equipment, computer hardware and commonly used software
- Very good knowledge about Windows client’s operation systems (XP, Vista, 7)
- Knowledge about Windows Server 2003/2008 administration and Active Directory
- Working spoken and written English
- Basic knowledge of web servers (Apache, IIS, nginx), PHP and scripting
- Good communication skills in Polish
- Good learning skills
- Problem-solving skills
- MCP will be an advantage
- Good Linux system administration skills will be an advantage
Duties:
- Installing and configuring laptops, printers, VoIP phones and network equipment
- Diagnosing and solving hardware, software and network connectivity faults
- Basic administration task in Active Directory environment
- Maintaining devices tracking database
- Preparing access cards
