Our client is an international transportation company that has recently opened a new SSC in Kraków. Currently they are looking for candidates for the position of IT Service Support Representative.

Working on this position you will be responsible for supporting internal customers from all over the Europe with all IT-related issues (PC, Windows, cell phones etc.), assessing problems and contacting local IT teams with regards to more complex issues.

We are looking for candidates with fluent English and up to 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, technical support & Windows Support . PC skills and knowledge of Windows environment are musts, as well as ability to use MS Office. Ideal candidate should hold strong communication and customer interaction skills and be willing to develop in international organization. Any additional European languages will be great assets.
