Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing content-related information regarding the functioning of computer hardware and software in Stores and HO, to ensure continued operation
- Solving technical problems reported by Store and HO personnel
- Building and updates the knowledge base, to ensure the section’s effective operation
- Manages IT documentation, to provide users and the IT Department with accurate and current data
- Carries out other assignments resulting from the section’s needs
- Performs jobs related to planning his/her work to improve the section’s operation
If you have at least:
- English - good and Romanian- expert
- Interest in the IT subject
- Ability to solve problems
- Good communication skills
- Information technologies- basic
- WINDOWS server and desktop operating systems- basic
- We looking for person who will work shifts and on weekend (occasionally) and be on call
