For our Client, new established Shared Service Center in Poznań, we are looking for candidates for the position of: IT Support
Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of local IT systems
- Installation and maintenance of WAN / LAN / WLAN equipment
- Troubleshooting and error correction
- Analyzing faults in the (operating) system software
- User service and analyzing faults in the (operating) system software
- Independent coordination and planning of troubleshooting in the event of a fault
- Installation and configuration of special servers in coordination with the clients and external partners
- Operating a software for backup of control computers
- Software preparation and distribution
Requirements:
- Practical knowledge of IT infrastructure including networking technologies
- Very good hardware and technical knowledge
- Very good knowledge of operating systems
- Excellent knowledge in network management
- Analytical and systematic approach to resolving complex problems and assignments
- Able to define and follow instructions and procedures
- Ability to absorb and apply technical information
- Communicative personality
- Proactive self-driven approach
- Fluent English and Polish language (written and spoken)
