On behalf of our Client, the global law firm, we are currently looking for IT Support Specialist who will join a team in new Global Services Center in Warsaw.
The chosen Candidate will be responsible for providing the best guidance, solutions and support of IT to the business within the company. The main tasks will be to respond to calls (provide customer service to both business and its clients), resolve or escalate them and build relationships in cooperation with 3rd line teams.
To be successful in this role you should have at least 2 years of professional experience on similar position. You are expected to have an excellent communication skills both in Polish and English, to effectively cooperate with business and other IT departments. High level of knowledge of Microsoft environment (e.g. Windows 7, Outlook, Office 2010), Service Management Tools and Remote Access tools are required. The education connected to IT and some additional certificates will be an asset. What is more, the Candidate should have the ability to be flexible and to adjust the approach to the type of given support. High level of self-motivation, enthusiasm and an excellent problem solving skills are more than welcome.
