For our Client, international business centre located in Wrocław, we are looking for IT Support Specialist.
On this position you will join passionate team responsible for first line support for company employees across a range of technologies i.e. desktop applications, printing/scanning, telephony, security systems, mobile devices and business applications. You will also manage of user account provisioning and de-provisioning including the administration of user accounts in AD, Exchange and Telephony services as well as administrate of public folders, shared mailboxes and email distribution lists. IT Support specialists also ensures that all incidents and requests are accurately logged, tracked and responded due to procedures and agreed timelines.
We are looking for Candidates with experience and practical skills in IT support area (preferably in international business environment). Very good command of English is also needed on this position. Availability to start cooperation fast will be an asset.
