For our Client, dynamic Global Company, we are looking for:
IT Support with French (no experience needed)
Place: Krakow
Basic Purpose
The IT Support responsibilities will encompass the direct support, consultation, and guiding users and identifying technical solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution for customer’s end users.
- Use the Call Tracking System to documents and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention's.
- Works within a team with little supervision as an established application administrator supporting end users/customers/partners with technical queries.
- Works within the Desktop teams or under guidance from the project manager on implementation and supporting identification of the shortcomings of implemented technical designs to meet service delivery requirements.
Qualifications:
- Analytical and systematic problem solving skills required.
- Knowledge of French (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2)
- Help desk, customer service or support experience will be an asset but is not required - on the job and commercial training designed to enhance skills and support capabilities will be provided during the onboarding process.
