IT support with Hungarian or Czech

For our Client, international company in Krakow, we are currently looking for a candidate who will join to the IT support EMEA team.

Holding this position you will be expected to provide Ist and IInd line support for internal and external customers in EMEA level, especially from Hungary or Czech. In scope of your responsibilities will be also support users in daily operations issues (hardware / software / network problems). Additionally you will use the ticket system to document and manage problems and work requests.

To be successful in this role you will need to have fluent Hungarian or Czech and English. You should have also at least 6 months experience in IT support area – good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure environments: hardware, software, network. Moreover you should have great customer focus and communication skills.
