Requirements:
You need to present at least 2 years of experience and competences in the area of:
- Server OS
- Windows OS, Windows Server
- Desktop Management
- SQL Queries
- SAP, HALO
- TCP/IP
- LAN/WAN
- Citrix
Responsibilities:
The Person will be responsible for:
- 1st level of support for employees and external suppliers when needed (Servers, SQL Support, SQL backups, SAP B1, HALO, EvH, WinSPC, Boomerang)
- Simple trainings for employees (1st level user)
- Work with Altiris ticketing system
- Management and documentation of level 1 projects
- Other tasks requested by the Manager
