- Solving technical customer’s problems, clarifying doubts connected with computers (help desk)
- Provide first-line investigation and diagnostics
Requirements:
- Interest in the subject of IT would be an advantage
- Fluent knowledge of one of the following languages: English and Spanish or Italian
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- High level of team work and communication
- Ability to think analytically
