IT System Engineer

Job Description:

Working as part of an multi-disciplinary team the IT System Engineer is a specialist role that is responsible for integrating our vendor components into our system landscape
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience with PL/SQL, TSM and storage management solutions (SNAPLOCK), Open Text / CMOD or other Document Management solutions, Dynamic language such as Ruby, Python or Perl, Unix scripting

Ability to design, build and maintain applications in an Agile environment

Excellent technical and interpersonal skills

You will be able to communicate to and influence stakeholders

Fluent in English (negotiation level), German preferable

Provide in depth technical knowledge as part a multi-disciplinary team

A proven track record of technical leadership in a similar environment

Experience of Document/Content management solutions

Improving and refactoring legacy code bases

Incident management, problem analysis in a complex environment with remote, multi-tiered installations
Nice to have:
- Experience with Test driven development, Continuous deployment technologies (eg Puppet), BPM
Java, SAMFS, DB2, NETAPPS
