For our Client, international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for IT Systems Support Specialist.
The IT Systems Support Specialist will assist in the handling of all mainframe and distributed platforms. The person will perform a variety of tasks including security provisioning, second level help desk support for a variety of desktop, application, security, data accessibility incidents/requests and system/application monitoring. The IT Systems Support Specialist will utilize communications skills in effectively documenting incidents and provide timely updates to Management as well as interact with Business and Application teams. The person will participate in small to medium size projects in support of the department objectives
We are looking for Candidates who hold min. 2 years of relevant experience in providing second line technical support and have fluent English language skills. The Candidate should know standard desktop tools: Microsoft Office suite and Lotus Notes, have basic knowledge of mainframe and distributed software tools UNIX or Windows servers experience and ITIL knowledge would be a strong plus. The person must have strong multi-tasking and communication skills as well as be able to do flexible hours.
