IT Team Manager
For our Client, an expert in delivering advanced IT technologies, we are currently looking for a Supervisor to work in Wroclaw.
Working on this position, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of IT engineers team in the context of coaching and tasks planning as well as creating personal business plans regarding every team member.
You will have an extraordinary possibility to build the whole team from scratches and recruit them. You will be responsible for leading and managing the team including motivating and inspiring people to do their best, determining goals and leading the team toward meeting them, as well as keeping highest degree of work quality. You will be evaluating your team members based on their appropriate skills, training and educational background. Your role includes a responsibility for acting in accordance with key corporate values.
Our client expects you to be able to create an environment that shows important factors such as open communication, trust, creative thinking and team effort. Perfect candidate should have a Master’s degree, excellent interpersonal and management skills with proactive attitude. He or She should be business oriented keeping high quality standards in customer service. Experience in SAP is highly desired.
