IT Technical Lead (IT Principal Consultant)

For one of our Client in Warsaw, we are actively looking for IT Technical Lead (IT Principal Consultant)

Responsibilites:

• Leading an Agile team as the Technical Lead to ensure Work packages are delivered to expected outcomes
• Acting as the Technical Lead for team members, clearing any roadblocks that impede them progressing with their work
• At times, acting as Scrum Master for the Agile team
• Working with the portfolio lead, managers or architects to prioritise the backlog of work
• Working with the ETS Manager to resource work packages appropriately to meet known outcomes and timelines
• Ensuring the delivered solution meets not just technical, architecture and application principles, but is compliant to our IT Security and Quality requirements
• Ensuring all delivered solutions have an established support process around them
• Ensuring Client's infrastructure continues to run and designing new solutions to complex problems
• Delivering a broad range of capabilities, including Infrastructure, Data, IT Security, Application, Delivery and the Business/Presentation layer
• Running deep dive initiatives to help overcome major incidents, complex problems and/or realise opportunities
• Running tech talks to educate and raise awareness about different topics, or even sharing new ideas

Requiements:

• Experience designing and building technical solutions
• Experience within an infrastructure operations environment
• Experience leading an Agile team, acting as a technical lead or managing the work of others
• Experience working with modern application services & methodologies, including Agile & DevOps
• Experience in multiple technical disciplines and the ability to demonstrate knowledge across Cloud, Networking, IT Security, Software development & DevOps
• Knowledge of Iaas, PaaS, Containerisation and Serverless architecture and development an advantage
• Knowledge working in Azure and AWS a strong advantage
• Experience with networking, infrastructure as code, VMware, VMWare NXS-T an advantage
• Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes knowledge an advantage
• Experience with javascript, node.js, react, python an advantage
• Scrum Master or Product Owner experience an advantage
• Strong organizational and communications skills with multiple examples of being able to convey complex ideas in a manner that resulted in a definitive direction and result
• Strong personal & work organisational skills
• Effective time management skills
