IT Technician Client Services – IT Customer Support

Main tasks:
We are now looking for an IT Technician Client Services – IT Customer Support in Gliwice.
- handle standard and non-standard requests,
- analyse and remotely resolve simple and complex incidents,
- identify, diagnose and resolve problems together with other support teams,
- participate in projects,
- follow the implemented processes (ITIL),
- contribute to continuous improvement of our daily work.
Requirements:
An IT Technician has a thorough understanding of client related issues, but is also able to troubleshoot issues together with client development, network, datacentre or application teams.
- bachelor degree,
- experience as IT technician within client environment,
- very good knowledge of English and German languages, written and spoken,
- high degree of customer orientation and cooperation as well as very good communication skills,
- ability to work independently, but also able to organize/coordinate work with others,
- pro-active behaviour, take initiatives to improve our daily work.
Additional skills and knowledge are welcome:
- certified Microsoft Windows Desktop Support (MS 70-680 and MS 70-685),
- experience in SCCM and in Active Directory,
- good understanding of Network and Application environments,
- ITIL v3 Foundation certified.
