Due to implementation of new project, we are looking for:
IT Trainer (German and English speaking)
Szczecin
Responsibilities:
- Partner with operations management to evaluate the effectiveness of new hire and ongoing training
- Assess student performance. Coach, deliver feedback and monitor student progress toward performance standards during Stream Line process
- Recommend curriculum modifications or enhancements to training management.
- Develop and maintain reports to meet department and client requirements.
- Maintain department training supplies.
- Coordinate the maintenance of training equipment
Requirements:
- University Degree
- Experience in performing training sessions
- Very good knowledge of German and English languages
- Demonstrate effective communicate skills
- Posses a strong understanding of current technology
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy when facilitating a class
- Knowledge of adult learning theory
- Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
