After an initial introduction to our company processes, you will join Orbium’s training team to coordinate Training Factory activities. Training Factory is an internal training initiative that takes care of newly joining IT Consultants from their onboarding week, through the formal Software training and certification exam to implementation case studies that are handled like mini-projects. Training Factory also manages internal projects and organizes various internal courses for our employees.

Help Prepare new joiners to 4-week software customisation course and certification exam.

Act as a Training Factory Project Manager, assign training and internal projects tasks, track and ensure timely delivery.

Give on-going feedback to employees and their superiors.

Internal administration for the Training Factory (validate working time, qualitative feedback, ongoing documentation, etc).

Help to organize courses for clients.

University degree in economics or information technology.
-
1-2 years of IT Training, Project Coordination or PMO experience is a must.

Very good verbal and written communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English.

Pragmatic and energetic approach to your work.

Customer orientation and willingness to support others in their development.

Ability to quickly establish good relations with people from different countries and cultures.

Practical knowledge of programming and databases would be an asset.

Experience in banking or with a banking/financial software would be a plus.
