Your new company
Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of IT Vendor Manager. Our Client is the international company that builds its Global Procurement team in Warsaw.

Your new role
IT Vendor Manager will be responsible for managing strategic contracts with suppliers within IT outsourcing services category. The scope of responsibility will include contract & commercial issue escalation & resolution management as well as mitigating commercial risks. The role will focus on vendor performance management against key KPIs. Additionally Vendor Manager will ensure vendor and contract compliance and will manage outcome-based deliverables with strong focus on performance, reporting and communications.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidate has approximately 4-5 years’ experience in vendor and contract management within IT in the global and matrix organization. The role will be suitable also for Candidates with legal background and experience with working on global IT outsourcing contracts. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and a few years of experience in identifying and delivering process improvement projects in a complex operating environment are required. We are looking for candidates with excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate across all management and organizational levels as well as ability to deliver results and think strategically. Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.
