Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Contact with Italian Customers on daily basis- mainly via phone
- Providing excellent ccustomer service and consultancy for customers
- Taking responsibility of text analysis
- Rechecking the information/ details in text and correctness with the internal policy and rules
- Preparation reports for the internal and external Client
Requirements:
- Fluent or native Italian
- Good understanding of English (training and communication are in English)
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Being attached to details
- Ability to work independent
- Any experience in multinational environment will be an asset
- Availability to start work in June
