ITSM Technician
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and configuring ITSM system functionality regarding to client expectations
- Supporting for users of system
- Participating in projects implementation
Expectations:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related
- Experience working with Incident, Problem and/or Change Management
- Experience in supporting and maintaining large applications and / or programming experience
- Proficiency in using technical documentation
- Good command of English
- Availability, Communication skills and Independence
Following will be an asset:
- Knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM technology
- Knowledge of relational database technology
- Experience in customer service
- ITIL Foundation
