For our Client, growing international financial company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for candidates on the position of Java and PL/SQL Team Leader.
The person on this position will provide supervision by overseeing Incident and Problem Management responsibilities. One of the duties will be also to ensure that all members of an assigned shift follow the primary responsibilities. Java and PL/SQL Team Leader will champion changes to assigned applications or processes that make the overall Production Management team more efficient as well as perform periodic reviews of the knowledge data base to ensure accuracy of the content.
To be a successful candidate, you should have 5-7 years of experience in Financial Services industry. Moreover, you need to possess BA, BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Business degree with related work experience. The Candidate should also be able to lead a support team with resources in multiple locations. Knowledge regarding SQL, PL/SQL in Oracle and/or Sybase, Java, Visual Basic and Unix is required. Java and PL/SQL Team Leader should have over 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. Nevertheless, the Candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills. ITIL Foundation Certification will be a plus. Very good knowledge of English language is a must.
