A position for an experienced (~10 years) Java Cloud Architect to design, implement and deliver next generation of content aggregation and distribution platform from scratch. You will have control of the architecture design and team of developers are built around you to process & publish millions of crawled documents.
We expect the candidates to have in-depth knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery big data solution architecture. You will be responsible of documenting and communicating architecture with product owner and the scrum team. We expect you to deliver click of a button solution deployment, continuous integration and seamless test environments for you and the team
You should possess in-depth technological knowledge on one or more of each category of cloud software delivery:
Cloud: Amazon AWS, Google App Engine, PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, Beanstalk
BigData: DynamoDB, MongoDB, SOLR, ElasticSearch
Database: MySQL, ORM
Security: Federated Security, SAML, Single Sign On
Web Architecture and Integration: SOA, REST, MQ
DevOps/Automation: OpsWorks, Chef, Puppet
ALM: GitHub, Maven, Hudson, Jenkins
Software Processes: Scrum, TDD, CI, CD
Additionally your way of working should fit into following sentences:

It is done via cloud based solutions (i.e. website monitoring, feeds aggregation, communication integration, integrates search tools) that helps professionals to make best use of available information no matter where does it come from.
