General qualifications and skills:
- An academic educational background
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken
- International experience will be considered an advantage
Required Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in J2EE /JEE technology
- Knowledge of design patterns
- Knowledge of EJB 3.0, JPA, Spring, JavaScript(jQuery), WebServices, JMS
- Knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of XML
- Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, TDD)
