Responsibilities:
- Being part of an AGILE development team
- Contributing to the success of our customer projects
- Development of new product functionality, technical analysis, effort estimation
- Participate in all cycles of software design and development
- Design and implementation of new business requirements
- Working in close cooperation with customer’s representatives
- Leveraging your deep understanding of Java Enterprise Technology
- Senior colleagues are encouraged to manage individual teams on technical grounds and closely adhere to the deadlines and report to the Project Managers
- In-depth knowledge and at least 4-8 years of experience in JAVA
- Good understanding of design patterns
- Experience with Java EE architecture including web-related technologies
- Hands-on experience on Spring, JPA and Hibernate
- Exposure to scripting, SQL & query performance is mandatory
- Exposure to SDLC mandatory
- Exposure to messaging is a plus
- Interest in adopting the latest and greatest technology
- Experience in Agile development is an advantage
- Experience with Java Enterprise Application Servers (WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, etc.) is an advantage
