The role will focus on developing custom components required by the platforms, which will lead to a globally available production solution. The developer will need to be able to:
Design and develop infrastructure management interfaces and operations portals and the associated databases models.
Design and develop web service abstraction layers for our infrastructure systems.
Work independently to solve complex technical problems and provide solutions and designs.
Work to project schedules and provide accurate and timely feedback for any assigned tasks.
Produce high quality documentation related to solution design, operations, governance and end-users.
About the Project: The Enterprise Capabilities department is one of key technology delivery functions within Group CTO division. The department is responsible for lifecycle management and engineering of all products related to the management of the firm’s global infrastructure including Event Management, Capacity Management, Infrastructure Automation, Orchestration and API management.
Our team: Our team has a background in Orchestration and Automation and it consists of 4 members located in Poland. The team is a mix of infrastructure engineers and developers.
Currently: main developer in the team of 3 engineers, looking for a Drupal Dev, and possibly another Java dev in the future
The team work well together as a unit and understand their mix of skill-sets and what they can individually bring to the technical challenges within the team’s book of work. Additionally those with expert skills assist others in understanding the approach they are taking.

Opportunities: GCTO infrastructure accommodates several key deliverable in our digital transformation such as Orchestration, Automation and API Management platform to make our product offerings more agile, enable widespread automation and simplify the creation of new services. To this end a new engineering team has been formed to deliver a full life-cycle for those platforms. We seek to recruit a Developer to work as a key member of this team to help maintain existing, and work on new applications owned by the engineering team. This is an opportunity to work in a new technology from its inception in a broad ranging and transformational technology area.
