Java Developer

Tasks:
- Identify and analyze user requirements
- Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle
- Develop Java applications using Java 8+
- Write well-designed, efficient code
- Review, test and debug team members’ code
- Design database architecture
- Schedule product releases with internal teams
- Document development phases
- Ensure applications are secure and up-to-date
Requirements:
- 5+ years' hands on experience programming in Java,
- Excellent team working skills and experience
- Knowledge of distributed systems e.g. Kafka, Zookeeper & HDFS
- Databases – both SQL and no-SQL e.g. Sybase, DB2, ElasticSearch & MongoDB.
- Experience in Test Automation
- Experience in Front-End frameworks such as React.js is beneficial
