Main responsibilities:
- Maintaining and configuring ITSM system functionality regarding to client expectations
- Supporting for users of system
- Participating in projects implementation
- Work in international team
- Be proactive and continuously working on improvements
Required Competencies:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related
- Good knowledge of: Java, JPA, Spring MVC, jQuery
- Experience with Eclipse, Maven, SVN
- Knowledge of design patterns and multi-tier web application programming
- Good English skills
- Soft competencies: teamwork, flexibility, open-minded, communication
- Analytical, optimization and prioritization skills
