Responsibilities:

Architectural design and Development, Refactoring, Unit and Integration testing
Estimations, Investigations, Research.
Driving and managing the team
Tracking of Requirements, Deliverables, Progress
Leads and coordinates technical activities and documents throughout the project
Coding
Testing
Bug fixing

Requirements:

Java (core, servlets, multi-threading)
JPA/Hibernate
Spring MVC, JSP
HTML, CSS
Javascript, JSON, AJAX
