Good knowledge about Java 6/7
Good experience in Java server side development, and familiar with Spring and Hibernate.
Experience Agile methodologies
Good knowledge about Oracle DB
Good communication skills to cooperate directly with Sales/Trading / Operations internal clients, thus a combination of domain knowledge, delivery experience as well as relationship building skills with these clients will be invaluable.
Unix experience incl. Unix shell scripts
Distributed Information system of the client intended to maintain operations for derivatives trading on global markets, internal & external orders management, risk and P&L calculation.
Your job will give you the opportunity to work as a key member of the development team working on a high profile trade capture app for structured products. There is ongoing investment from the business on this application, meaning there is a regular stream of innovation and improvements to be made.
You should be able to show flexibility regarding non-standard work hours. There are plans to cooperate with different world regions.
