Java Development Lead

Responsibilites
- Leading a team of Java developers
- Participation in the team staffing
- Analysis - talking to users and understanding requirements
- Architectural design and development
- Mentoring of junior and regular developers
- Performing of architectural and code reviews
- Taking a key role in the estimation and planning process
- Design and develop components of a large-scale bank system
- Improve processes
Requirements
- Java 2SE, multi-threading, JMS, Spring, JSON, JAXB, Apache frameworks, Jcraft, Jetty, JUnit, Mockito, PowerMock, Sybase, GIT, Ant, Maven, Team City Excellent communication skills
Upper Intermediate English
Soft skills:
- Good communicative skills: active listener, translates ideas effectively, works out mutually agreeable solution
- Reliable: risk management, responsible for group results.
