Role Description:

Responsibilities:
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments to determine solution on complex problems.
- Leading internal development projects
- Managing day to day responsibilities of the development or maintenance team.
- Designing and fleshing out architecture, implementing key components.
- Mentoring project developers, and ensuring the product is built in accordance with established standards and best practices.
- Playing an integral role in the organization and management of the entire development lifecycle of analysis, design, implementation and test.
- Creating appropriate development documentation.
- Understanding the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years work experience in design and development in Java (Java EE, Servlets, JSP, EJB, Hibernate)
- Experience in working with relational databases (Oracle DB, MSSQL) will be an asset
- Experience in developing large scale IT applications and deliverables throughout development life cycle.
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
- English and Polish - fluent
