We are extremely pleased to announce, that one of our clients – a leading international software house – has created a new and exciting job opportunity in Szczecin for Java Development Team Leader.
The right candidate will be involved with the design, development and implementation of bespoke software solutions for some of most recognisable global end-clients. You will also work closely with the department’s Program / Project Managers, coordinating business analysts, architects and developers, as well as liaising with key project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- ability to demonstrate highly technical and hands-on development skills utilising Java based technologies ( Java / Java Enterprise Editions, Java SE, Spring, Hibernate, relational db)
- university degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- good understanding of full software development lifecycle and test driven development (TDD)
- capacity of delivering projects within a software development environment
- self-starter with ability to motivate and guide teams comprising individuals with diverse skills and experience
- can-do attitude and (once established within the company) capacity for autonomous decision-making and delivering results
- highly developed communications skills, including proficiency in Polish and English languages
