Tasks:

• Use best practices to design solutions and ensure consistency across the product
• Implement unit, functional, and performance tests. Liaise with the QA team if needed to cover some testing phases, or to get good testing scenarios
• Participate in all phases of development: detailed technical analysis, detailed technical design, development and maintenance
• Actively participate in code reviews
• Work with agile methodologies like Scrum and/or Kanban

 We expect you have:

• Several years of relevant working experience
• Excellent OO programming and design skills
• Deep experience on Java Technologies like Spring Framework, REST, APIs
• Excellent knowledge in unit and integration testing, ideally TDD
• Experience with automation and continuous integration workflows is a plus
• Experience with NoSQL databases, e.g. Elasticsearch is a plus
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a demonstrated ability to find creative solutions to technical algorithmic problems
• Enthusiasm for microservices architectures, distributed systems and RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of current trends in software design, architecture and web services i.e. microservices architecture
• English language fluency
