Java/Python Team Lead

• Lead a team of specialists working on tools / app development
• Collaborate with other teams to manage deliverables
• Identify any shortcomings/ improvements and execute upon them Team Leads will lead many projects that carry varying responsibilities.

Below are some examples of the diverse projects with which you might be involved:

• Write server side code for web based applications, create robust high-volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly
• Build internal systems
• UI development with AJAX and similar technologies

Must have:

• Knowledge of Web development, Java and Python Skills
• Good Knowledge of Processes and SDLC
• Experience in Configuration Management Tools
• A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience on Both Windows and Unix Platform
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Solid experience with at least 2 years in Team Lead role.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience of working with Google tools/gadgets is a plus.
