- Coordinate team activities from capacity, quality and progress perspectives
- Split complex tasks into reasonable work items and assign to respective developers

Team leading experience
Solid Java Core knowledge, J2EE
Hibernate, JMS, Spring, Webservices, Maven
Database development experience, Oracle 10.x, 11.x
Good understanding and programming experience (e.g. development experience, scripting languages experience, OO-concepts understanding, understanding of interfaces, etc.)
Unix platform
Good problem solving skills
Oracle Coherence or any other distributed cache implementation experience.
