Java Team Lead

Responsibilites
- Leading a team of Java developers
- Participation in the team staffing
- Extensive interaction with stakeholders
- Architectural design and development based on the business/functional requirements
- Mentoring and assessment of junior and regular developers
- Risk management and team motivation
- Performing of architectural and code reviews
- Taking a key role in the estimation and planning process
- Design and develop components of a large-scale bank system
- Promoting and implementation clean code discipline, test automation, continuous integration/deployment
- Improvement of processes and engineering practices
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Java related technologies
- Strong OOP and OOD skills
- Solid knowledge of DB design principles and concepts
- Practical experience with different processes (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
- TDD mindset, software craftmanship
- Strong unit testing experience
- Promotion of clean code discipline
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, fluent English
- Responsibility for group results.
- Strong leadership skills
