Java Team Lead

Responsibilites
- To be a key person in the scrum team, guide, coach, lead and own one of streams in the project.
- Development of backend of reference data distribution banking application.
- Liaising with Customer on regular calls.
- Work in distributed team based in Krakow, Kiev, London, New York with deep level of communication inside of international team.
- Facilitating business/domain knowledge improvement within the team as part of strategic initiative.
Requirements
- Advanced spoken/written English
- Proven working experience (>5 years) in J2EE, Spring, JavaScript, Servlets, Tomcat, JAXB, JDBC, WebSphere Application Server, JQuery, JSON, WARP, SVN
- Knowledge of Hibernate, Spring is a must
- Agile practice
- Experience in Continuous Integration
- Good communication skills
Nice to have:
- Knowledge and experience in Oracle PL / SQL
- Experience of work in distributed team
- Investment banking experience
- Banking related background
