Java Team Lead

Responsibilites
- Driving and managing the Team
- Participation architectural design and development
- Mentoring of junior and regular developers
- Performing of architectural and code reviews
- Taking a key role in the estimation and planning process
- Participation in requirement analysis
- Leading and coordination techical activities and documents throughout the project
Requirements
- Java frameworks, tools and patterns: Java Core, Java EE, JMS, LDAP, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, JSP, HTTP Servlet API
- HTML, Javascript, especially familiarity with jQuery or equivalent AJAX tools, ext js.
- Experience building or maintaining an application backed by a SQL database (Oracle if possible)
- Experience with Unix/Linux and comfort with command-line tools for use in building and testing components
- Experience with Tomcat/WebSphere deployment and configuration.
- Use of Subversion, JIRA and Confluence
- Automated testing tools (Selenium)
- English level sufficient to be able to communicate with engineers/contacts (phone & written).
- Good communication skills
- Upper Intermediate English

The Web&Messaging stream is organized in the existing Infrastructure Services Team to provide services in web developments and engineering messaging infrastructure
Initial team is responsible for the set of activities to be hadovered from the customer. Among them are:
- prebuild and deploy binary packages to DEV, UAT environments
- develop and maintain a number of toolkits developed for usage by Service Delivery Team
- investigate and propose new technical solutions to be used in the customer environment
